Vipul Modi (B.Com, FCA)

An All India ranker in CA, Mr. Vipul Modi is accredited as being the youngest CA in India at the age of 19 ½ years.
Mr. Vipul Modi has vast experience in handling complex and critical issues relating to Mergers/Amalgamations, Taxation and Corporate law and has been a member of various SEBI constituted committees namely – Primary Market Advisory Committee, Delisting Committee.
He was a member of sub committee constituted by SEBI Primary Market Advisory Committee and special invitee of SMILE task force.
He is also the Vice President of Investors’ Grievances Forum (IGF), a SEBI registered NGO.

Manish Modi (B.Com, FCA, ACS, DISA)

He is an All India ranker in CA, CS & DISA exams & a Practicing CA with 8 years experience in various aspects of Financial Engineering & Corporate Restructuring. He heads the Structured Finance and Strategic Decision Making Department of the organization.

Sanjay Sanghvi (BSC)

He started his career in 1984 as a stock broker. Since then, has been associated with more then 150 Corporates for their financial structuring, advising for IPO, money raising through different instruments, placement of equity to various financial institutions. He is a Promoter director in leading research firm - Equisearch Corporate Service Pvt.Ltd.
In the year 2002, Sanjay Sanghvi partnered himself with a leading real estate developer. Since then he has come in contact with various retail giants of India and established personal relationships. He has hands on experience in dealing with India’s biggest real estate funds and has joint ventured with a real estate fund. With his growing expertise he has developed strong relations with leading architects, legal firms and other real estate giants in the world.

Punit Sanghvi (BBA, MBA)

He is the new generation thinker who has the ability and capability to see and develop things in a new way. He is excellent at marketing and has a great grip over finance. He is opportunity seeking and transforms his ideas to reality.
