He has a joint venture with Klockner Desma Elasomertechnik & Klockner Desma Schuhmaschinen of Germany where he manufactures Rubber injection machines and Shoe sole machines. He has also joint ventured with Brampton Engineering of Canada and KHS Maschinen Anlagenbau of Germany for Blown Film plants for Multi layer and barrier films and Bottling Plants for Beverages, Breweries, Mineral Water etc. respectively. |

Mr. Mahendra Patel has vast interest in Energies. He has solutions for Solar water heating and air conditioning. He was the first to get such a technology in our country. Apart from all these he has companies set up providing Flexible packing solutions, Exploration Mining Drilling machines and Enterprise Management systems solution. |

| Mr. Ashish Soparkar |
Mr. Ashish N. Soparkar is the Managing Director of Meghmani Organics Ltd., a leading manufacturer of pigment and pesticide products in the country and is the recipient of several prestigious awards in recognition of its outstanding business performance. He has more than 27 years experience in the dyes and pigments industry, and over 8 years in the Agrochemical industry. In 1977, he co-founded Ashish Chemicals, a dye manufacturing business and was responsible for managing its manufacturing and commercial activities. In 1992, he also co-founded Alpanil Industries, a pigment manufacturing establishment. |

He is the Managing Director of Meghmani Organics Ltd. since its incorporation and is responsible for pioneering the export division of the company. He currently oversees the corporate affairs and finance matters of the company. He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Maharaja Sayajirao. |

Mr. D. C. Anjaria, B. Com. and M. B. A. from IIM, Ahmedabad (1968), joined Citibank in Bombay, spent 7 years in India, and 13 years as an International Staff in Africa, the Middle East and Europe. He was Associate Director of Citibank International Training Centre in Athens, Greece and Chief of Staff at Citicorp Investment Bank at Paris, France. |

He has developed a Global Balance Sheet Management System as a vehicle for corporate financial control and risk management. Mr. Anjaria has served as a consultant to Citibank in France and Switzerland, and Eco Bank in Africa. |
